We used the digital check in, which was nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. THe breakfast was good and the beds were comfy.

Breakfast was excellent. Bacon, eggs, waffles, and good coffee. They also had several baskets of fresh apples for us. They were in the lobby and in the breakfast area. Also loved the low rate. I highly recommend this property.

Easy to find, navigate from and easy to visit all the areas in Louisville quickly from this charming area. The young man who checked us in at reception, was definitely working very hard, he was very friendly and kind. He definitely put the client first and enjoys his job to do so well at it.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hampton In New Albany. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old town charm; it had an extra security at the front doors and large parking lot. Breakfast is very good, and breakfast area is exceptionally clean . Cofee is provided all day long. The room was wonderful, spacey and clean, confortable beds. Overall we liked the cleanless of the hotel. The location is very close to downtown New Albany.

The breakfast was amazing! No extra parking fees, and the king room was very spacious! The bathroom was beautiful!

overall modern/sleek design, breakfast area was outstanding (food was okay), side entrance near parking was convenient. No bugs that we noticed. Extra pillow and light blanket in closet. Checkout time was good.
